getting ready to go to court again but this time its not for peanuts.
need a lawyer willing to play hard ball and step into the playground of the federal court system.
does anyone know first hand from experience or by word of mouth any attorney in Ca that has the time to litigate a great FDCPA and FCRA case?
the sites I have used in the past haven't been much help to me recently, I am looking for a referral based on personal experience or word of mouth.
any help would be appreciated.
thx fun :)

Have you tried www.naca.net? This is where I got my lawyer from, and we are going to Fed. Court.
Try
www.westcoastlitigators.com. I got that off of Bill's site.

From what I have seen and heard lately, I'm afraid that common sense is indeed, not common.

I have talked with the folks at West Coast Litigators as well. They are great for California cases. There were good to help me out here in Colorado, and had several attorney's in this area in this field to help.
From what I gathered, they are very aggressive.
Good luck!
~~~ JANE!!! Get me off this crazy thing!!! ~~~
Oh, and because I was feeling oblique:
"Ignis aurum probat, miseria fortes viros" Basically an encomium and a thanks!
thx 4 your responses :)
I did contact 2 attorneys from NACA one referred me to another as he was not taking on any new clients, the other attorney said he was too buzy I would have to wait another month becore he could even file the case.
I taked to a lawyer from lawguru but he has no jurisdiction for fed court.
I will try the other site you recommended thx again appreciate the help
